I’m currently recruiting for a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its team in Leigh.
This is a great opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years PQE looking for a varied commercial property caseload within a friendly and collaborative environment.
The Role
You’ll handle a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
- Commercial property sales and purchases
- Sale of business assets
- Secured lending, mortgages and re-mortgages
- Landlord & Tenant matters
- Leases, renewals, assignments, subletting and alterations
- Pension scheme transactions
- Land Registry applications
- Section 25 notices
- Acting for management companies
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years PQE in Commercial Property
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
- A commercially minded approach
- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
- Excellent communication and client management skills
