Harley Private Dental is looking for a confident, motivated and personable Sales Advisor to join our team in Sheffield.
We are a forward-thinking, growing team with exciting plans to expand both the Harley Private Dental brand and the number of sites. This is an excellent opportunity to join us at an exciting stage of our growth and play an important role in helping us achieve our ambitions.
This role would suit someone with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills who enjoys speaking with people and turning enquiries into new patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to patient enquiries across multiple platforms, including email, WhatsApp and social media
- Following up with prospective patients and providing a high level of customer service
- Converting enquiries into new patient bookings
- Building positive relationships with prospective and existing patients
- Managing and following up leads effectively
- Recording and updating patient enquiries using our CRM system
- Working towards sales and conversion targets
- Representing Harley Private Dental professionally across all communication channels
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident, friendly and professional
- Highly motivated and results-driven
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable speaking with prospective patients and handling enquiries
- Experienced in sales (preferred)
- Familiar with using a CRM system (preferred)
- Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
- Able to work flexibly across a Monday–Sunday rota
- Excited to be part of a growing business and contribute to its future success
What We Offer
- From £16 per hour, depending on experience
- Commission on top of salary

- Full-time position – 42.5 hours per week
