Family run Italian restaurant and bar looking for experienced Assistant Manager / Supervisor to join our team IMMEDIATELY.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading a dedicated team.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming and engaging guests in most professional manner;
- Handling guests inquiries promptly and professionally;
- Overseeing food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation;
- Taking orders and serving food / beverages;
- Processing payments accurately and following cash-handling procedures;
- Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for smooth running service;
- Maintaining food safety & hygiene regulations at all times;
- Monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory to minimise waste and maximise efficiency;
- Professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting;
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and food safety standards;
- Experience in team management and leadership roles within a busy environment;
- Familiarity with restaurant operations, including serving, food production, and kitchen processes;
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure;
- Good communication skills to lead teams and interact with guests professionally;
- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding service.

Salary depending on experience and ability.
