The Successful applicant will attend the Thrive office in Derby a minimum 3 days a week.
The Apprenticeship Coordinator will play a central role in supporting the successful delivery of apprenticeship programmes by providing high-quality administrative and coordination support across the learner journey. This includes managing the onboarding process, ensuring learners are enrolled efficiently and compliantly, coordinating apprenticeship registrations, maintaining accurate learner records, and supporting the timely completion of all required documentation and checks.
A key aspect of the role will be the coordination of assessment bookings, ensuring learners are scheduled appropriately, relevant stakeholders are informed, and all preparation and administrative requirements are completed in line with awarding organisation and compliance requirements. The role will also involve monitoring learner progress through onboarding and assessment milestones, proactively addressing delays, and maintaining effective communication with learners, employers, colleagues, and external partners.
Based at the PfP Thrive Centre in Derby, this role will be pivotal in ensuring onboarding, registration, and assessment processes are delivered accurately, efficiently, and compliantly, contributing to a positive learner experience and supporting the achievement of organisational performance targets.

- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience within the Apprenticeship, training, or skills development sector.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including accurate minute-taking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Confident working independently and as part of a team.
Desirable criteria:
- Understanding of governance, compliance, or quality assurance processes.
- Project coordination experience in a fast-paced environment.
