Front of House Team Members

We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly and hardworking Front of House Team Members to join the team at The Plough.
As part of our front of house team, you'll be at the heart of delivering great hospitality, creating memorable experiences for our guests and helping to maintain the warm, welcoming atmosphere that The Plough is known for.
What you'll be doing:
- Greeting and looking after guests
- Taking food and drink orders
- Serving food and beverages to tables
- Working behind the bar when required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Working as part of a supportive team to deliver excellent service
What we're looking for:
- A positive and friendly personality
- A passion for hospitality and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and a great work ethic
- Previous hospitality experience is helpful but not essential as full training will be provided
