Digitas UK is looking for a Content Designer to join our Experience team. You’ll work collaboratively across design, UX, data and account teams to create clear, compelling, user‑centred content that delivers connected, high‑impact digital experiences.

Design and deliver high‑quality content across key platforms, including messaging, navigation, IA, UX copy and calls to action

Ensure content is clear, accessible, on‑brand and optimised for both users and SEO

Use research, analytics and testing to improve journeys, reduce friction and drive better experiences

Partner closely with designers, UX, SEO and clients to shape content strategy, roadmaps and roll‑outs

Support new product launches and ongoing optimisation through thoughtful planning and iteration

Proven experience as a Content Designer (agency experience welcome but not essential)

Strong understanding of user‑centred, evidence‑based design

Confidence working directly with clients and presenting your thinking

Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills across marketing and product content

Comfortable collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders

Calm, thoughtful and constructive — especially when tackling complex challenges
