As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our craft beer venue, overseeing daily activities, managing cash, maintaining high standards, and providing training to our staff. Responsibilities:
Venue Operations:
- Open and close the venue in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed.
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue.
Cash Management:
- Oversee cash handling procedures, including managing tills, making change, and reconciling daily cash deposits.
- Ensure accurate cash counts and adherence to cash handling policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for minimizing cash discrepancies.
Standards and Training:
- Uphold and enforce high standards of service, cleanliness, and safety throughout the craft beer venue.
- Train and mentor staff members on customer service, product knowledge, venue policies, and procedures.
Customer Service:
- Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers, promoting a memorable experience at our craft beer venue.
- Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by ensuring exceptional service is provided at all times.
Inventory Management:
- Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed.
- Monitor stock rotation and product freshness to ensure optimal quality for customers.
- Collaborate with management to conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
