Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Bank Passenger Assistant to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of children and elderly passengers during their journeys. A successful candidate must be able to complete an enhanced DBS process at a cost to the candidate of £61.50.
Meets National Minimum wage of £12.71

Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with boarding, alighting, and moving within the vehicle to ensure safety and comfort
- Provide support for passengers with mobility challenges or disabilities
- Ensure passenger safety by adhering to all safety protocols and traffic regulations during transit
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse passenger groups including children and elderly individuals
- Compassionate attitude combined with patience, attentiveness, and a commitment to providing exceptional passenger support
