We're looking for an experienced and passionate Group Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction across our award-winning collection of hotels and venues throughout Scotland. Working closely with our Head Chefs and Operations Team, you'll shape our culinary offering through menu development, drive food quality and consistency, support and develop our kitchen teams, and ensure exceptional standards are maintained across every property.

- Lead the culinary direction across all RAD Hotel Group properties.
- Develop and implement seasonal menus and new food concepts in collaboration with our Head Chefs.
- Coach, mentor and support Head Chefs and kitchen teams to drive performance and development.
- Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency across all venues.
- Drive menu costing, food margins and commercial performance.
- Support recruitment, succession planning and the development of future culinary talent.
- Provide operational support across the Group's kitchens, including key trading periods, major events and where additional leadership is required.
- Ensure all kitchens maintain the highest standards of food safety, compliance and cleanliness.
- Work closely with the Operations Team to continuously improve standards and the overall guest dining experience.
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or an accomplished Head Chef ready to take the next step.
- A passionate and inspiring leader with a hands-on approach to developing people.
- Extensive experience in high-volume, quality-led hospitality operations.
- Strong commercial awareness, including menu costing, stock control and gross profit management.
- A creative approach to menu development and culinary innovation.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence and the flexibility to travel regularly between our properties.
