The Role:
You’ll be making a real difference every day helping residents with:
- Personal care, mealtimes, and meds (yes, you’ll be everyone’s favourite!)
- Keeping spirits high, safety tight, and independence alive
- Driving (if you’ve got wheels and a licence, even better!)
- Communicating like a pro – with residents, families, and fellow superheroes
- Keeping notes that make Sherlock Holmes look disorganised
What You Bring:
- Experience in a similar role
- English skills that would impress the King (or at least his Horses)
- A great leader
- Some basic IT skills (we don’t expect you to hack NASA, just write reports)
- A willingness to learn, laugh, and maybe do the Macarena at birthday parties
