As Deputy Manager, you'll work closely with the General Manager to
run the operation, lead the team and keep standards flying high. You'll be hands-on, visible and right in the heart of the action.
From opening the doors to driving a busy service, you'll be the person your team looks to for energy, direction and support.
�� What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the venue
- Taking ownership of shifts and leading the team from the front
- Creating an atmosphere where guests and team members genuinely love being there
- Coaching, developing and motivating your people
- Driving service standards, sales and commercial performance
- Ensuring the venue is operating smoothly, safely and efficiently
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences - every shift, every table, every time
- Leading by example with infectious energy and a can-do attitude
- Stepping up and taking charge when the General Manager isn't there
- Helping develop a strong, engaged and high-performing team
�� Who Are We Looking For?
We're looking for a
Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager or experienced Supervisor who is ready to take the next step.
You'll be:
