Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns aligned with organisational goals.

- Monitor social media channels daily, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyse engagement data and generate reports to optimise future content and strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and other departments to ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of social media trends and emerging platforms to keep the organisation at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Manage relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets to expand reach and visibility.
- Uphold organisational reputation through effective public relations management on social media.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content suitable for diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of public relations principles and experience in managing organisational reputation online.
- Ability to analyse data insights using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
- Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in marketing, communications, or related field is desirable but not essential.
