*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring a welcoming and safe atmosphere for all. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
*Duties*
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including restrooms and communal spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are cleaned and sanitised to meet health and safety standards.
- Restock supplies as needed, including toiletries and cleaning materials.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to client requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Maintain a tidy appearance while on duty and adhere to company policies regarding conduct and professionalism.
*Working Hours*
- Shifts are from 06:30am to 08:30am, Monday to Sunday.
*Requirements*
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A valid driver's licence is an advantage for roles that require travel between locations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required based on client needs.
