The Group Revenue Manager is responsible for maximizing revenue, occupancy, and profitability across a portfolio of serviced apartments by developing and executing effective revenue management strategies. The role involves analyzing market trends, forecasting demand, optimizing pricing, managing distribution channels, and collaborating closely with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement revenue management strategies for a portfolio of serviced apartment properties.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to identify revenue opportunities.
- Optimize daily pricing, inventory, and length-of-stay controls to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, and total revenue.
- Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts and budget projections.
- Conduct regular revenue meetings with property and commercial teams.
- Analyze booking pace, pickup, cancellations, and market segmentation to recommend pricing actions.
- Manage distribution across OTAs, GDS, direct booking channels, and corporate accounts to ensure optimal channel performance.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and corporate pricing strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, packages, and special offers.
- Ensure rate parity and maintain pricing integrity across all distribution channels.
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Support annual budgeting and business planning processes.
- Identify new revenue opportunities, including ancillary revenue streams and extended-stay products.
- Maintain and optimize revenue management systems (RMS), PMS, and channel management platforms.
- Train and mentor property teams on revenue management best practices.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of revenue management experience in hospitality, preferably within serviced apartments, extended stay, or hotels.
- Multi-property or regional revenue management experience preferred.
- Professional certifications in Revenue Management are an advantage.

- Knowledge of PMS and channel management systems (e.g., Opera, Mews, SiteMinder).
