We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and trustworthy **female Housekeeper / Home Assistant** to support a private family home. A **Gujarati-speaking female housekeeper is preferred** to assist with clear communication within the household.
The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming home environment, while also providing support with cleaning, ironing, laundry, meal preparation, and general household duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping & Upkeep:
* Detailed cleaning of the home, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and maintaining bathrooms and kitchen areas to a high standard.
* Ensuring all rooms are kept clean, tidy, and well-presented.
* Maintaining a fresh and comfortable home environment.
Laundry & Wardrobe Care:
* Managing family laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and putting clothes away.
* **Completing ironing to a high standard**, including shirts, clothing, and household linens.
* Changing bed linens and keeping wardrobes and cupboards organised.
* Assisting with kitchen tidying, washing up, and keeping food preparation areas clean.
General Home Help:
* Providing day-to-day household assistance, which may include:
* Preparing drinks.
* Organising communal areas.
* Keeping household items neatly arranged.
* Running light errands when required.
Household Management:
* Helping maintain a tidy, comfortable, and stress-free home environment.
* Taking initiative to identify and complete tasks that need attention.
Requirements:
* **Female applicants only.**
* **Gujarati speaking preferred.**
* Previous housekeeping, domestic cleaning, or private household experience preferred.
* Must be confident with **ironing and laundry care**.
* Must be available for:
