We're looking for an experienced lettings professional who wants more than just another agency role.
As a family-owned property investment company, we're looking for someone who will play an important part in modernising how we work. Alongside managing our lettings portfolio, you'll have the opportunity to help develop our marketing, strengthen our social media presence and introduce new technology and AI tools to improve efficiency and customer experience.

The Role
This is a varied role combining lettings, property management and business development.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Arranging and conducting property viewings
- Following up enquiries and converting leads into tenancies
- Preparing properties for re-letting and ensuring works are completed to a high standard
- Liaising with tenants and contractors
- Helping reduce void periods through proactive marketing
- Creating engaging content for social media and online marketing
- Looking for new ways to promote our properties and business
- Researching and implementing AI tools and technology to improve marketing, administration and customer service
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and make the business more efficient
About You
You'll ideally have:
- At least two years' experience in lettings or property management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confidence using social media for business
- An interest in digital marketing and AI technology
- A proactive approach with the confidence to suggest and implement improvements
- Good organisational and time management skills
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Working Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00am-5:30pm
Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am-1:00pm
