BREAKFAST CHEF -Paddington
We are looking for a strong Breakfast Chef (Needs to be Freelance) for a hotel breakfast operation in London to cover our day to day operations.
Role includes:
●Opening the kitchen each morning
●Full breakfast mise en place and prep
● Cooking and executing breakfast service to a high standard
●Maintaining consistency, speed, and quality during service
● Managing your breakfast section independently
● Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and service-ready
●Preparing mise en place for the following day
●Communicating stock shortages and operational needs
Requirements:
● Previous breakfast experience
●Ability to work independently
Strong organisation and cleanliness
●Reliable and punctual
● Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 2 years
Schedule:Mon–Sunday/ 5 days work between 35-40hrs
Early starts
Rate:£2,800 per month (freelance, before tax)
