Location: 20 Commondale Way, Bradford, BD4 6SF
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7 - Sunday/Monday off or Thursday/Sunday off
Hours: Full-time

The Role
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Hygiene Operative to join our team. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant food production environment, ensuring all hygiene standards and food safety regulations are consistently met.
This role involves working across various areas of the site, including washrooms, production support areas, and office spaces, while promoting a strong food safety culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in basket wash and washroom areas as required.
- Clean all office spaces, toilets, reception areas, and both canteen facilities.
- Replenish laundry and PPE supplies at the end of each day for the next shift.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the site.
- Follow all food hygiene and safety procedures in line with company policies and HACCP plans.
- Use cleaning equipment and protective gear correctly and safely.
- Report any food safety or hygiene concerns to the supervisor or production manager.
- Support and promote a strong food safety and hygiene culture across the site.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and management to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve cleaning processes and working practices.
