Join our team as a Marketing Manager and lead the development and execution of innovative marketing campaigns and other supporting activity that will drive growth and engagement. Your expertise in marketing strategy, campaign planning, and data analysis will be pivotal in creating effective campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for every stage of campaign development, from ideation and design to execution and measurement, ensuring our campaigns deliver measurable results and drive business growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you will have the opportunity to shape our brand and drive our business forward in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Reporting directly into the Senior Marketing Manager, the Marketing Managerwill play a pivotal role in delivering impactful, ROI-focused marketing activity that is integral to our growth.
Responsibilities
- Leading with insight to develop and execute comprehensive multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns and new initiatives, working closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Manager, to ensure that they align with the business’s strategic priorities and performance goals.
- Create and manage campaign, project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify, refine and optimise target audiences and activity to develop effective messaging strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, operations, and when applicable, creative, digital, or third parties; to ensure understanding of campaign and marketing activity: objectives, planning, integration, alignment and delivery.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimize results and ROI.
- Manage and coordinate other elements of the marketing mix, including content, events, blog posts, PR, partner projects and other such activity.
- Manage third party relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and development, industry trends and best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
- ·Present campaign plans and evaluations to stakeholders and provide strategic campaigns and marketing advice to colleagues
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and advertising standards.
Skills
- Solid experience in a similar marketing role, (preferably SAAS B2B across one or more of Compleat’s verticals of Education, Non-profit, Healthcare, or Financial Services) with the managing and understanding of data-driven activity and strong analytical skills.
- A relevant graduate or post-graduate qualification, in marketing would be advantageous.
- Strong SEO knowledge and experience in optimizing content for search engines.
- Experience managing content for social media, blogs, and websites.
- Excellent attention to detail and editing skills.
- AI able – utilising tools to boost productivity, improve marketing deliverables and reporting.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally within the marketing team and with internal stakeholders.
- Experience of working across different regions – UK and USA preferable.
- Proficiency in leveraging CRM systems for funnel behaviour and campaign planning, as well as drawing upon customer data or marketing performance metrics from various channels without a CRM.
- Oversee qualitative & quantitative research and apply findings in campaign strategy
- Experience of maintaining a high MQL TO SQL conversion rate by optimising campaigns and adjusting strategies. As well as optimising campaign conversion rates and lead/nurture lead generation.
- Competency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Clarity, Google Search, CMS and paid advertising channels (Meta, Google, Linkedin).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting databases, and maximising revenue opportunities from CRM and customer database.
- Managing of events and or partnership activity.
- Excellent attention to detail
- The duties and responsibilities listed are not exhaustive and may vary dependent on the changing needs of the business. The post holder will be expected to undertake other duties as appropriate and as directed by their line manager.
- This is a hybrid role with attendance expected in the Doncaster office 1-2 days per week (commutable distance a minimum of one hour).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
