Barista / Front of House - Honey & Haven ☕✨
Honey & Haven is looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable team member to join our growing coffee shop to provide cover and support over weekends and light hours occasionally during the weekdays.
This is a hands-on role covering duties, front of house service and light kitchen prep. You’ll be confident working in a fast-paced environment, delivering warm customer service and producing high-quality drinks consistently.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous barista experience (essential)
- Experience serving food and beverages efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety standards (preferred)
- Excellent time management skills, especially during busy periods
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Organised with a keen eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Reliable, proactive and comfortable working busy weekends
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing specialty coffee and hot drinks
- Serving customers and operating the till
- Supporting food preparation and maintaining food safety standards
- Keeping the shop clean, organised and welcoming
- Supporting the team during peak periods
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
