We’re looking for a passionate and outgoing Spa Therapist to join our friendly and award-winning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a luxurious environment where you can grow your skills and enjoy some amazing staff perks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of spa and beauty treatments to the highest professional standard.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and provide expert retail and aftercare advice to ensure every client has a memorable experience.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming treatment space.
- Take part in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and product knowledge.

Our stunning spa features 14 treatment rooms, a 20m hydrotherapy pool with indoor–outdoor swim door, and an impressive thermal suite with a Herb Sauna, Kelo Sauna, Crystal Steam Room, Salt Grotto, and Foot Baths. Guests can also enjoy our three garden pods, fully equipped gymnasium, and Relax Room. Our boutique hotel includes 32 beautifully designed bedrooms and one luxury suite.

About You:
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) required.
- Previous experience in a spa or salon environment preferred, but not essential – we provide full training.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional treatments and guest experiences.
Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
