FOH Team Member/Bar staff – Rocksalt Kitchen & Bar
Rocksalt Kitchen & Bar is a new modern neighbourhood restaurant opening in Newtownards, focused on quality food, warm service and creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
We are looking for energetic and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our opening team.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a fresh new venue from the beginning and grow with the business.
What we’re looking for:
* Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic
* Friendly and confident communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Reliable, punctual and team-focused
* Availability for evenings and weekends
Responsibilities:
* Greeting and looking after guests
* Taking food and drink orders
* Delivering high standards of customer service
* Running food and drinks during service
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout shifts
* Supporting the wider team during busy periods
