EFM has just celebrated 21 years in the transport sector as a haulier and distributor based in Northampton. A family owned and operated business founded in 2005 by our Managing Director Phil Minney. Starting with a single tractor unit, the operation has seen amazing growth and we now operate a fleet of over 30 vehicles.

We are a member of the Palletline network, the UK and Europe’s leading pallet network. Presently, we are proud to be one of the highest inputters of pallets nationally into the overnight network, working on prestigious multi million pound contracts such as delivering time critical NHS PPE, right down to much smaller solutions for local businesses.
Due to this current growth we are looking to grow our team further and are recruiting for a:-
Class II Driver
This position is available to start immediately.
General Haulage, with the possibility of occasional work on the Palletline side of the business shifts are Monday – Friday, and will be between 10 / 12 hr shifts
Ideally you should be experienced in pallet deliveries. The job will involve using electric and manual pump trucks to deliver pallets via a tail lift, you should also hold relevant fork lift licences.

This role is guaranteed as 50 hours pay per week at £14.21 per hour, along with full uniform and PPE being provided.
This position requires the following criteria: To hold a full C Class 2 licence, Have no more than 6 penalty points, to have a valid Driver Qualification Card (DQC)/ Driver CPC, and to own a valid Digital Tachograph Card, Valid forklift licence.
