About the Role
We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and organised Front Desk team member to be the face of our restaurant. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers — taking orders, keeping the front of house running smoothly, and coordinating dine-in and delivery orders. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in great customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver excellent, friendly customer service at all times
- Keep the front customer area clean, tidy, and presentable throughout your shift
- Communicate and work effectively with kitchen staff to ensure orders go out correctly and on time
- Manage incoming orders from delivery platforms (e.g. Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Just Eat) and hand over orders to delivery drivers
- Pack customer orders and drinks for delivery and collection, checking for accuracy
- Multitask confidently during busy periods while staying calm and organised
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills and fluent spoken English — essential
- A strong multitasker who stays organised under pressure
- A team player who works well with both front and kitchen staff
- Attention to detail when packing and checking orders
- A positive, customer-first attitude
- Flexibility with working hours is essential — our restaurant operates late, so evening and late-night availability is required
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not essential — full training provided
Training & Confirmation
All new starters complete a 5-day paid training period. Final confirmation of the role will be based on performance during training.
