We are looking for an ambitious Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our thriving, fully private dental practice in Nottingham.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a modern, digitally equipped practice with a strong reputation for high-quality cosmetic, implant and orthodontic dentistry. Our practice invests heavily in marketing, generating multiple new patient enquiries every day for cosmetic and implant treatments.
You’ll play a key role in converting these enquiries into life-changing smile journeys while providing an exceptional patient experience from the very first interaction.
About Us We are a progressive, fully private dental practice equipped with the latest technology, including: Trios intraoral scanner, Intraoral camera, DSLR clinical photography , OPG and CBCT imaging, Dentally practice management software Our clinicians provide a wide range of advanced treatments, including: Dental implants, Invisalign, Composite bonding, Porcelain veneers, Fixed orthodontics, Smile makeovers and cosmetic dentistry.
You will work closely alongside our experienced implant, cosmetic and orthodontic dentists, becoming an integral part of our patient’s journey from consultation to completion.
The Role As our Treatment Coordinator, you will: Welcome and guide patients through their treatment journey. Conduct treatment consultations and explain treatment options in a friendly, professional manner. Help patients understand treatment plans and available finance options. Follow up enquiries and convert leads into consultations and treatment. Coordinate implant, cosmetic and orthodontic patient journeys. Manage clinician diaries and optimise appointment scheduling. Build long-lasting relationships with patients and deliver an outstanding customer experience. Maintain accurate patient records using Dentally. Assist with dental nursing duties when required. Work closely with clinicians, reception and the nursing team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
About You Essential; GDC-registered dental nurse, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confident, friendly and professional manner, outstanding customer service skills, highly organised with excellent attention to detail, positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn, ability to build trust and rapport with patients. Desirable; Previous treatment coordinator experience. Experience using Dentally.
Knowledge of dental implants, Invisalign, composite bonding, veneers and fixed orthodontics. * Experience discussing treatment plans and finance options. Strong sales, organisational and diary management skills. Full TCO training and ongoing support will be provided for the right candidate.
