Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all aspects of store or business operations, ensuring goals are met efficiently and effectively.
- Manage staff training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and high-performing team.
- Oversee sales strategies, and customer service standards to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Maintain strong communication with teams
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock rotation, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
- Organize schedules, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining organizational excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a background in retail management or similar fields.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly valued for diverse customer interactions.
- Demonstrated experience in sales management, merchandising, and administrative duties.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Previous supervisory experience combined with strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Management certification or relevant training is a plus but not mandatory.
