Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality food items with attention to safety and presentation standards
- Craft a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks as per customer preferences
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety guidelines and cleanliness protocols at all times
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling ingredients, portioning, and plating dishes
- Serve customers efficiently with friendly, attentive service while managing multiple orders
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of orders during busy periods
- Keep the workspace organized, stocked, and sanitized to uphold hygiene standards
Skills
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling procedures
- Previous barista experience is highly desirable, including familiarity with espresso machines and drink recipes
- Strong serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and positive interactions
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks accurately and efficiently
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours
- Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and serve guests seamlessly
