This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Early Years professional who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role within a supportive and ambitious nursery.
The Role
As Babyroom Leader you will:
- Lead a team to deliver exceptional care and education.
- Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding and wellbeing.
- Create exciting learning opportunities based on children's interests.
- Coach and support your team to achieve outstanding practice.
- Build excellent relationships with families.
- Work alongside the management team to continually improve the nursery.
Essential Requirements
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Current Paediatric First Aid certificate.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding.
- Previous experience within an Early Years setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
