We are looking for a Dental Receptionist to join us part-time or full-time. No dental experience is needed — if you have a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or medical/clinic reception and you want to grow in a professional, supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.
What you will be doing:
- Welcoming patients and managing front-of-house throughout the day
- Booking appointments, taking deposits, and keeping the diary running smoothly
- Maintaining accurate patient records and compliance documentation
- Handling calls, emails, and patient messages
- Keeping the reception area clean, calm, and presentable
- Cashing up at end of day and securing the practice
- Supporting the team with patient reviews, referrals, and membership enquiries
What we are looking for:
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or medical/clinic reception
- Warm, friendly, and professionally presented
- Organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm and confident under pressure
- Dental experience is a bonus, not a requirement
