Job Title – Digital Marketing Executive
Job Summary – As Digital Marketing Executive, you will report to the Marketing Manager, supporting the execution and optimisation of digital marketing initiatives to enhance online visibility and drive growth across TOUT’S Group’s brands, including TOUT’S Stores, The Maple, Pharmacy, and Aurora Aesthetics. You will work closely with the Marketing Assistant to deliver high-quality digital campaigns, such as social media, email marketing, and online advertising, ensuring all activities align with brand standards and meet deadlines. You will be dynamic and innovative, evolving the digital presence of multiple brands to maximise engagement and reach. You will track performance metrics to guide adjustments and support digital projects as directed by the Marketing Manager, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Group’s online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all social media channels for every brand, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms.
- Design and execute email campaigns that reach and engage our TOUT'S cardholder base.
- Design and update digital screens for in-store promotions, highlighting offers, events, and special promotion periods to enhance the customer experience.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager to bring project work to life, ensuring smooth execution.
- Mentor the Marketing Assistant, helping them develop and implement creative social media strategies.
- Create strong partnerships with external brands and companies to launch impactful and successful collaborations.
- Work with The Maple team to plan and promote themed nights, driving increased bookings and footfall.
- Address both positive and negative online customer feedback proactively, identifying solutions to resolve issues.
- Leverage loyalty and social media data to segment audiences and boost ROI with tailored content.
- Track and analyse open rates and social media reach to optimise campaign performance.
- Drive engagement for our MADL and local campaigns, providing regular meal count updates.
- Use Google Analytics to monitor and improve digital performance across all channels.
- Continuously improve SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and traffic.
- Demonstrate confidence and independence in delivering work to a high standard.
Essential skills:
- A passion for the entire digital marketing landscape, including content marketing, email campaigns, SEO, PPC, affiliate marketing and social media.
- Confidence of all social media platforms, trends, and best practices for creating engaging content and growing an audience. Including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills combined with a high attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to execute multiple campaigns for multiple brands during the same timeframe.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and measure campaign performance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Desirable skills:
- At least two years’ experience with Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Graphic Design Tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Canva.
- An eye for Graphic Design.
- High Commercial Awareness.
- A Full UK Driving License.

Job Type – Full Time (Mon - Fri) with the possibility of working occasional weekends.
Pay – Starting salary of £29,500, with an increase to £33,500 upon successful completion of probation.
Work Location – Based at TOUT'S Cleeve Head Office but may include working from other locations in the business.
