Experienced Joiner Required – High-End Domestic Refurbishments

Neil McGregor Property Services is seeking an exceptional, highly experienced Joiner to join our growing team.
This is not a position for someone looking to learn the trade or gain experience. We are looking for a craftsman with a minimum of 10 years’ proven joinery experience who takes genuine pride in producing first-class work and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Our projects range from premium bathroom and kitchen installations through to full property refurbishments, structural alterations, extensions and bespoke finishing work within occupied domestic homes. The successful candidate must be comfortable working to exceptionally high standards in customers' properties and representing our company professionally at all times.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 10 years qualified joinery experience
- Extensive experience within domestic refurbishment and renovation projects
- Ability to carry out all aspects of first and second fix joinery
- Experience fitting kitchens, doors, skirting, architraves, flooring, stud partitions and bespoke timber work
- Ability to read drawings and work independently without supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and finishing standards
- Strong problem-solving abilities and pride in workmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual and professional in appearance and attitude
- Full UK driving licence
