Customer Service Assistant - Casual Event Team Members
Are you friendly, reliable and looking for flexible work in a stunning seaside venue?
We’re looking for Casual Event Team Members to join our team at Ocean Exmouth, supporting a wide range of events including weddings, conferences, dinners and private parties.
This is a great opportunity to be part of memorable events, work with a supportive team, and fit work around other commitments.
About the role
As a Casual Event Team Member, you’ll help deliver exceptional experiences for our guests. Duties may include:
- Setting up and clearing event spaces
- Serving food and drinks
- Welcoming and assisting guests
- Supporting event supervisors to ensure events run smoothly
- Maintaining high standards of customer service and presentation
What we’re looking for
- A positive, can do attitude with great people skills
- Reliability and flexibility, events often take place evenings and weekends
- Confidence working in a fast paced, customer facing environment
- Previous hospitality or events experience is helpful, but not essential full training will be provided
