Team Manager – Duty and Assessment (East Lancashire)
Are you an experienced Social Work professional looking for your next leadership opportunity? We are seeking a passionate and motivated Team Manager to lead our Duty and Assessment Team in East Lancashire.
East Lancashire is a diverse area with a mix of urban and rural communities, offering a rewarding and varied caseload. No two days are the same, providing an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and families.
As Team Manager, you will lead, support, and develop a team of 5–6 Social Workers within our Duty and Assessment Service. The team is responsible for undertaking initial Child and Family Assessments, identifying need, managing risk, and ensuring children receive the right support at the right time.
We are looking for a candidate who:
