We are a rapidly expanding specialist glazing company, known for delivering high-quality, in-house manufactured products and expert nationwide installation services.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic and busy team.
In this role, you'll represent the business with professionalism and confidence, building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You’ll play a key role in providing exceptional service both internally and externally, ensuring timely responses, resolving queries, and taking full ownership of issues through to resolution. Administrative support for the department will also be a core part of your responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient departmental processes
- Respond to incoming customer calls and emails promptly and proactively
- Handle customer queries and complaints, offering clear guidance and effective resolutions
- Liaise closely with internal teams including Sales, Installations, and Aftersales
- Develop in-depth product knowledge to better assist customers
- Manage customer orders accurately in line with company procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong background in customer service or the ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Experience in the construction or glazing industry is an advantage, but not essential as we’re committed to supporting the development of our team
- A confident and courteous telephone manner, this is a phone-focused role
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at grades A–C / 4–9
