Marketing Executive – Romanian Speaker
Job description
We are looking for a motivated, confident and outgoing Marketing Executive who speaks fluent Romanian and English to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Romanian-speaking professional who enjoys communicating with people, building relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
You will play an important role in promoting our services, developing client relationships and helping the company grow.
Key responsibilities
* Promote the company’s services through different marketing and business development activities.
* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing clients.
* Communicate with clients by phone, email and social media.
* Follow up with potential clients and develop new business opportunities.
* Research the market and identify potential clients and business opportunities.
* Arrange and attend client meetings when required.
* Prepare marketing materials, presentations and promotional content.
* Support social media and online marketing activities.
* Work closely with the recruitment and management teams to understand business needs.
* Maintain accurate records of client communication and marketing activities.
* Provide regular updates to management on business development and marketing activities.
Requirements
* Fluent Romanian – essential.
* Fluent English – essential.
* Previous experience in marketing, sales, recruitment, business development or a similar role is preferred but not essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Confident and professional when speaking with clients.
* Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with different people.
* Good organisational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital marketing platforms.
* Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
* Hospitality or recruitment experience is desirable but not essential.
