- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, ensuring all information is up to date and compliant with regulations.
- Ensure the sterilisation of instruments and cleanliness of the treatment area, adhering to health and safety protocols.
- Support the administrative team with scheduling appointments, managing patient files, and handling correspondence as needed.
- Stay informed about new dental technologies and procedures to enhance patient care and practice efficiency.
Skills
- Strong patient care skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
- Background in nursing or relevant healthcare experience is preferred.
- Basic IT skills for managing patient records and scheduling software.
