Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mobile Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting Arcade Equipment across various sites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, applying technical expertise to ensure optimal operational performance. Applicants should possess strong Electro / mechanical knowledge and be comfortable working with a range Arcade / Leisure equipment . This position is fulltime and will follow the local rota ,which includes 1 weekend day . Open to flexible 40 hour week
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on Arcade equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs on various Arcade machines including cranes, VR , Pushers , Fruit machines and all other types of leisure equipment .
- Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to dismantle, repair, or assemble components.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
- Assist in the installation of new equipment and upgrades as required.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimise downtime.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently during all tasks to uphold a safe working environment.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in using hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc., with precision and safety awareness.
- Experience with power tools including drills, grinders, or similar equipment is highly desirable.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail for record keeping and reporting.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with a proactive attitude towards maintenance challenges. Pay: £27,000.00-£29,500.00 per year
