CM Oxendale Ltd is a well-established Mechanical & Plumbing Company. Founded in 1987 the company works pre-dominatly throughout the North West. Focused on carrying out Mechanical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning, Ventilation & Electrical work
We are currently looking for a capable individual to manage our warehouse/stock on full-time permanent basis.
In this role you will primarily be responsible for the warehouse store, keeping it tidy and stocked, putting together equipment ready for collection/Delivery, driving of van to deliver and collect materials from site.
The core working hours are 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Thursday, Friday 8am to 3.30pm. However, for the right candidate these hours can be adjusted to suit both parties requirments.
Main responsibilities:
- Ensure the store area is tidy and space is optimally utilised.
- Organise and keep track of incoming/outgoing deliveries and stock
- Conduct regular stock checks and report on stock levels
- Ensure safety and security of stock
- Send enquiries & Ordering materials to suppliers for ensure stock levels are maintained
- Putting away returned materials
- Checking through tools and plant, managing repairs
The Successful applicant would generally work making deliveries and clearing site Monday, Wednesday & Friday each week, with Tuesday and Thursday used for Tool checks, tidying of stores.
Successful candidate will be:
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
- Good time keeping.
- Professional attitude and conduct.
Desired Qualities:
- Previous knowledge of the construction industry / plumbing systems desirable
