Health, Safety & Enviromental Advisor
Location: Orangebox, Parc Nantgarw, CF15 7QU
Contract: Full Time, Hybrid
Salary: Up to £45,000 dependant on experience

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in providing expert EH&S support across the company, ensuring that all activities are fully compliant with relevant laws and regulations. Along with:
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance and streamline current systems, processes, and procedures, while conducting regular audits to ensure compliance and adherence to best practices
- Support and coach others in managing risk assessments, while analysing risk assessments to drive continuous business improvement initiatives
- Coordinate with external bodies to achieve and maintain ISO and other accreditations, including ISO 45001, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, and HSE standards
- Ensure all permits, surveillance, and compliance requirements are adhered to and effective
- Manage Employers Liability claims on a case-by-case basis, working closely with key stakeholders including insurance providers, solicitors, and claims investigators
About you
You will have a NEBOSH certificate with experience working within the manufacturing or logistics industry. Along with:
- Experience of working with key stakeholders, collaborating and influencing to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of implementing and auditing ISO standard
- Continuously audit procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory changes and updates, while promoting best practices
- Committed to driving the agenda and working independently to achieve goals
- Proven experience in managing Employers Liability claims and conducting accident investigations, while ensuring proactive measures are implemented
