Opportunity for Growth
This role is being created to support the continued growth of our business. Initially, we anticipate the position will require approximately 12–16 hours per week (around 1–1.5 days). However, as the company continues to expand, we expect both the hours and responsibilities to increase.
For the right candidate, this represents an excellent opportunity to grow alongside the business. As our finance function develops, there will be scope to take on wider financial responsibilities, with the longer-term potential to progress into a Financial Controller role, leading and developing the company's finance operations.
We are therefore looking for someone who is not only highly organised and experienced but who is also keen to become a valued, long-term member of our team and contribute to our future growth.
Location & Working Pattern
This is primarily a remote role with flexible working arrangements. However, the successful candidate will be expected to attend our office in Redhill, Surrey on a regular basis for meetings, planning sessions, finance reviews and collaboration with the wider team.
Please note: Regular in-person attendance at our Redhill office is an important requirement of this role. Applicants should therefore live within a reasonable commuting distance of Redhill and be able to travel to the office as required. Whilst attendance will not be needed every week initially, we expect this to increase over time as the role and the business continue to grow.
We are looking for someone who will become a long-term member of our team, working closely with colleagues and helping to develop our finance function as the company continues its exciting growth journey.
