Hwb Adviser (Temporary to 30 September 2027) – Carmarthen and Llanelli
Join Our Customer Services Team – Make a Difference in Carmarthenshire
Are you passionate about helping others and eager to support your community during challenging times? Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Hwb Adviser to join our Customer Services team. As part of our Tackling Poverty Agenda and response to the Cost of Living crisis, you’ll play a vital role in delivering integrated, multi-channel services across the Hwb network including supporting our Hwb Bach Y Wlad Service. Your work will also include a focus on employability support, helping residents access advice, opportunities and services that can improve their skills, confidence and prospects.
We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively, demonstrating an awareness of other Council and partner services, to provide residents with a coordinated and seamless customer experience. You’ll be assisting with complex enquiries, supporting colleagues, and delivering high standards of customer service even in challenging situations.
This role requires flexibility, as you will occasionally be asked to provide cover at other sites within the county including rural parts of Carmarthenshire. Therefore, the ability to travel is essential.
The ability to communicate effectively in Welsh is required. Support can be provided to achieve this level.
If you are motivated by making a difference and committed to improving services for the people of Carmarthenshire, we’d love to hear from you.
For an informal discussion, please contact Eifion Davies on 07766 464731 or
[email protected].
Apply now and help us create a brighter future for our community!
