As we continue to grow globally, we are looking for a commercially focused Solicitor to join our Legal team and support the business across a wide range of legal and commercial matters.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Solicitor to provide pragmatic legal advice across multiple business functions. You will play a key role in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements while supporting the wider business in managing legal risk and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and advise on a wide range of commercial contracts, including customer, supplier, technology, and partnership agreements.
- Provide practical legal advice to support business objectives while managing commercial and legal risks.
- Support contract negotiations with customers and third-party suppliers.
- Advise on data protection, privacy, regulatory, and compliance matters.
- Assist with corporate projects, new product launches, and strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain legal templates, policies, and processes.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across Sales, Procurement, Product, Finance, HR, and Operations.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to the business.
About You
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales.
- Proven experience in commercial law, either in private practice or in-house.
- Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Commercially minded with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Desirable
- Experience within a technology, SaaS, financial services, or data-driven business.
- Knowledge of data protection laws, including UK GDPR.
- Previous in-house legal experience.
