Sales & Customer Service Representative – Cardiff
We’re looking for confident, enthusiastic individuals to join our growing Cardiff team as Sales & Customer Service Representatives.
This is a Cardiff-based, field-based, self-employed opportunity where you’ll represent a range of client campaigns through face-to-face, door-to-door customer interactions in residential areas.
The Role
- Promote client campaigns by speaking directly with customers in residential neighbourhoods.
- Provide excellent customer service and create positive customer experiences.
- Work towards individual and team performance objectives.
- Take part in daily office meetings, training, and coaching before travelling to assigned territories.
About You
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, motivated attitude with a willingness to develop new skills.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is helpful but not essential.
- Must have the legal right to work in the UK.

Working Pattern & Pay
- Self-employed position.
- Uncapped, performance-based commission paid weekly.
- A minimum commitment of 4 full working days per week, with availability Monday to Saturday.
- Daily attendance at our Cardiff office before travelling to residential areas for door-to-door, face-to-face customer interactions.
