Looking for a butcher with experience to assist with general shop duties including:
- Meat cutting experience essential. If you are not familiar with carcass butchery then our butchers can take care of this.
- Serving customers
- Production work including sasuages and burgers.
- Creating and deloping new on-trend products
- Contributing to our food safety policy and FSA 5 rating.
- Driving / delivering in our van (if you have a licence - not essential.)
- Cutting and packing meat orders.
Hours and wages can be discussed for the right candidate.
Three, four or four and a half days are possible ranging from 25-40 hours depending on what you are looking for.
The Meatery is a modern butchers shop, serving the very best British produce and we would love some further experience to our excellent team.
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Experience:
- Butchery / Meat Cutting / Shop Butchery: 2 years (required)
