Seasonal Fulfilment Assistant (Fashion)

Contract: Temporary / Fixed-term (27 October–31 December 2025), on-site Mon–Fri
Start: Monday 27 October 2025
End: Wednesday 31 December 2025 (potential overtime in peak periods)
Pay: £7.55–£12.21 per hour (UK NMW/NLW by age, from 1 April 2025) — paid monthly; pro‑rata for the contract period
About the role
Join our upstairs team through peak season. You’ll support order fulfilment during Black Friday/Cyber Monday & Christmas, keeping parcels accurate, fast and tidy. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who cares about fashion and wants exposure to how a modern brand runs during peak.
What you’ll do
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and to daily cut‑offs
- Receive deliveries and update stock/bin locations
- Keep the warehouse clean, labelled and efficient
- Prepare for launches (pre‑packs, size runs)
- Support stock counts/cycle counts
- Assist with returns processing under guidance
- Work safely and follow SOPs
About you
- Reliable, organised and comfortable working on your feet
- Detail‑driven; pride in neat, accurate parcels
- Comfortable with manual handling up to ~20 kg
- Can reliably commute to RG71PQ Monday–Friday
- Previous warehouse/e‑commerce experience is a plus, not essential
Hours & location
- Monday–Friday, daytime shifts on‑site in Reading (RG71PQ)
- Potential overtime during busy periods
