*Key Duties and Responsibilities*
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.
* Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
* Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and commercial opportunities.
* Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, and direct business outreach.
* Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial pitches to potential clients.
* Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service terms with customers.
* Manage the sales pipeline and monitor progress from lead generation through to contract completion.
* Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to develop effective customer acquisition strategies.
* Analyse sales performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM systems.
* Develop account management plans to maximise customer retention and revenue generation.
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling company products and services.
* Monitor customer satisfaction levels and ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.
* Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and networking events to promote the business.
* Contribute to the development of annual sales targets, budgets, and growth forecasts.
* Establish strategic partnerships and commercial relationships to support business expansion.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations.
* Provide market intelligence and recommendations to senior management regarding new products, services, and business opportunities.
* Support the achievement of company revenue, profitability, and market share objectives
