We are a successful, growing, busy, small chocolate and confectionery business based in St Albans.
Many of our products are hand packed on the premises.
We are currently looking to recruit a permanent Confectionery Packing Assistant
Picking and packing experience is not essential if you have a good eye for detail and nimble fingers.
Relevant experience is useful but the right attitude is more important as we will provide training
The role/individual will include but not exclusive to:
- Handling, preparing and packing product
- Working in 'clean room' environment
- Have a good level of English, both written and verbal
- Work in a flexible manner to fit into the demands of the business and have a flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
- Work as part of team in a fast moving environment
- Be able to work to tight deadlines.
- Work in a manner that promotes good health and safety practices
- Be willing to undertake some light manual handling/bending and reaching as part of your normal duties.
Hours 8.00am - 4:00pm Monday to Thursday Friday 8:00am - 3:00pm (1hr for Lunch)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.71 per hour
