We're looking for a driven and commercially minded Corporate New Business Manager to join our Fundraising team and help secure vital income for Demelza's services supporting children and families. Focusing on organisations across Kent, London and East Sussex, you will identify, develop and secure new corporate partnerships, creating meaningful opportunities for businesses to engage through fundraising, volunteering, sponsorship and gifts in kind.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business development professional who is passionate about building relationships, creating compelling partnership opportunities and delivering sustainable income growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, research and develop new corporate partnership opportunities, building a strong pipeline of prospective supporters.
- Create and deliver tailored pitches, proposals and partnership applications that align corporate objectives with Demelza's overall strategy.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, securing new business and maximising income opportunities.
- Develop cultivation plans and engagement opportunities, including volunteering, sponsorship and employee fundraising.
- Monitor and manage pipeline performance, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks to achieve income targets.
- Work collaboratively across fundraising, events, volunteering, retail and communications teams to deliver impactful partnerships.
- Support the effective handover of newly secured partnerships to relevant colleagues, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent ongoing stewardship.
