Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

At Bow Distribution, we'll give you the tools, experience, and support to grow into a skilled Transport Planner. You'll work closely with our operations, planning, and customer service teams to make sure everything runs smoothly- from routing vehicles to meeting customer expectations.
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who's flexible, curious, and ready to learn how transport really works.
What you'll be doing

Learn all aspects of transport planning- routes, vehicle allocation, and scheduling

Support day-to-day operations to ensure deliveries are on time and efficient

Communicate with drivers, customers, and partners to solve problems quickly

Use planning software and systems to optimise costs and performance

Help monitor fleet performance, driver hours, and compliance

Build strong relationships across teams and with customers

Spot opportunities to improve how we work

Take on your own planning responsibilities within your first few months
