Contract: 16 Hours per Week (Permanent)
Pay Rate: £13.75 per Hour + Performance Bonus Opportunities
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, commercially minded, and highly motivated General Manager to lead our iBounce venue. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving business performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining operational excellence, and developing a high-performing team.
As General Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the venue, ensuring all areas of the business consistently meet company standards while creating a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for customers and staff.
Working Hours
- 16-hour contracted position
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday
- Flexibility is essential during school holidays, peak periods, and special events
- Additional hours may be required to support business demands
Key Responsibilities
-Take overall responsibility for the daily operation and success of the venue
- Lead, inspire, and support the management team and wider staff team
- Drive sales growth across admissions, parties, café sales, memberships, and promotional activities
- Monitor business performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are delivered at all times
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and labour costs effectively
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Oversee stock control, ordering, cash handling, and operational procedures
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and venue maintenance
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures
Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Lead and promote a strong culture of health and safety throughout the business
- Ensure all safety checks, inspections, audits, and documentation are completed accurately and on schedule
- Maintain compliance with all health and safety, safeguarding, and operational regulations
- Investigate and report accidents, incidents, and near misses where required
- Ensure staff are fully trained and confident in all safety procedures
- Create and maintain a safe environment for customers, visitors, and employees

- Previous management experience within the leisure, hospitality, retail, or family entertainment sector
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on driving sales and business performance
